Doing it again start up of a tank

Starting over, do I do water changes every time ammonia starts to go up? or do I just let the live rock do it's thing. 55 gal tank 120 lbs live sand and 110 lbs live rock all new. I just want to know what you think. I think do water changes to keep the ammonia down and get the most of the live rock. Please help! Thanks Chris

There is nothing wrong with treating your live rock as "live". Do water changes, any save more life forms.

HEY CHRIS WHATZZZZZ UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP JUST DO A WATER CHANGE LISTEN CHECK YOUR AMO EVEY WEEK AND IF ITS HI DO A 25% WATER CHANGE TILL IT DROPS AND STAY TO ALMOST 0
