Yellow Tang Red Spots

My tang has some little red spots around his lips and the veins running from his mouth to his eyes are clearly red.
What do I use to treat this.

The 2" Tangs diet seems fine to me. Seaweed Selects and Spirulina alternating.

The case of whatever doesn't seem to be getting better or worse for the 2 weeks that I've had him.
Inhabitants are 3 yellow tailed damsels and a cleaner wrasse. Water quality is perfect.

Basically I just need to know what to use to cure.

Any other info you could provide would be great also

Yellow tangs are like canaries giving early warning of problems. You can usually clear up the red pest with a large water change. Pay special attention to the pH, tangs begin to have problems like this when the pH drops below 8.0.
