I presently have a 30gal. reef with 2x96 watts PC, one 10K white and one actinic both only about 8 months old. I just bought a PFO 250w MH ballast and socket to go with the PCs. What MH bulb would you choose to go on this tank?
Marco, you cannot go wrong with a 250w 65k iwasaki. The new ones are not yellow and if you're keeping sps you'll get some great colors from that lamp. I have 3 250w iwasaki's over my 180 and the colors are great. I have also seen some nice color from the 250w 10k, but I have no personal experience there. HTH...
