I am not sure where will this thread lead to. Frankly, how much critters can be kept has to do with maturity of the tank. Moreover, it is hard for us to tell you how much corals we have as some are big, some are small, some secretes lots of mucus (and thus increase the bioload more than the others), and some actually helps decrease the bioload as they have the tendency to help use up nutrients in the tank.
All I can say is that I have a TOTALLY stuffed tank and my tank is 150G with 70G sump. If I have to count each and every polyps in my tank, I'd have to say in the 100Ks. (that includes each cell that makes up of the 2 huge tree sponges in my tank.)
