12 gal lighting requirements?

hi guys,
i was just wondering what the lighting requirement should be for a 12 gal eclipse. Im looking into that tank and i just received 2x13 pc retrofits from ahsupply today. I figure ill need one more 13w fixture to get sufficient lighting- (3.25w per gallon) i would do 4, but i do think that would run a bit on the hot side. Also, would you recommend that i run 2 blue to 1 white or 2 white to 1 blue? tia!!

will 36watt ones fit? if they do get 2 of those!

if you want to keep shrooms or other softies that are low light you could do the 3 13 watt but i would go w/ more light!!

if you do 3 get 2 10,000k and and one actinic or 1-10,000k, 1-smartlight (1/2 actinic 1/2 10,000k), and one actinic
