Nurce problem help if you can!

I just got a new nurce top off system and set it up but something is wrong. The water will not stop comming from the nurce into the sump. Even when the desired water level is reached it still keeps pouring water into the sump. Any idea what the problem might be? thanks

Most likly the cap is not creating an air tight seal. Try wetting the edge of the rubber gasket were it hits the male end and tighten it well.

You are right the cap was not sealed tight enough, I put it much tighter and now no problem. thank you
