Just switch from 2x40NO to 4x110VHO. Is it normal...

Is it normal for the fish to be a little scared / stressed because of the new light? The tank is a 48" 55 FOWLR.. 2 clowns.. 4 chromis.. small tang, starfish and some cleaner shrimp, crabs, and snails. (and one starfish).

I made the switch around 5PM today, and the lights are timed to go on at noon, and off at midnight. Do you think I should have waited? Will they get used to it? Obviously.. big change going from 2x40 to 4x110.. Any thoughts?

There will be a little stress. When I upgraded my lights, the fish were a little skittish, but they were fine. If you are concerned, maybe only run 2 of the 110's for a few days before turning on the other 2.
