Got a new 110RR setup which has dual 1 in. drain bulks and 3/4 returns.
How much flow can a 1 in. bulk allow? I heard max. at 300gph to700 gphs but with noise. I know lots of reefers out their have Oceanics dual RR stock bulkheads size setups, how much flow can i expect to get optimumly? I am goint to run a Iwaki md30xlt which is rated at 960gph's at 4 ft. thanks to all....

That should be fine. I run a mag 9.5 on my Oceanic 72 bowfront. I use 1" tubing up to the 3/4 bulkhead. That goes back to the sump via a single 1" bulkhead that uses 1" tubing. I'm guessing it runs about 700-800gph. That's pushing it, but the tank can handle the flow just fine. I have about 1/4 inch of the overflow slots above water.

On my 135 I have a mag 12 that's probably running at 1,000 gph. It has 3-1" bulkheads (one return and two drains). It could definately handle more flow.

The drains on my previous Oceanic 200RR could not handle the total flow from a pair of Iwaki 40XLRT pumps. But it was close. You should have no problem.

I have a Oceanic RR 180 with dual 1 inch bulkheads. Have an Iwaki MD70RLT 1,500 GPH @ 5ft running full open with no issues. Could handle a little bit more if needed.

Like any overflow chamber. Teeth spacing is the limiting factor not bulkhead size. You will likely be limited by how much water can enter the overflow chamber before you are limited with how much water you can drain out of the chamber.
