Quick question about BTA

For the last couple mornings my BTA "ball up" to the point that all the tentacles are concealed. But later in the day it would look like normal. I’ve had this BTA for about 9 months now. Should I be concerned?

From all of the reading I have done, this is normal behavior. What causes it I haven't been able to determine.

I had them doing the same from time to time as well. I am guessing they are doing water exchange thing or they are pooping.........don't know which is which.

I believe when they "change water" they shrivle up not ball up, I have seen this time to time also so its normal but is probably more of a feeding reaction IMO. Although when I feed mine krill they dont ball up. Who knows?

If you have clowns they will poop in the anemone and the anemone will eat it. That may be the reason. Or it could have been somebody elses poop.
