Is 130 Watts to much light for a 30 g tank? The reason i ask is beacuse it seems whenever someone else looks at the tank thier eyes start eiter watering or start hurting and they tell me that i could light a hole block with my aquarium lights, even when i look at it it seems their is alot of light, and i have had my lights for over 4 months.

Is there anyway i can reduce my light intensity?

I have a CSL 2x65 Retrofit, mounted on my canopy, 1 10000K Ultradaylight, and one 7100K Ultra Actinic.

Thanks

No. It is not too much light, IMO. Are your lights enclosed in a hood, or are they visible? I had that problem when my hood was suspended above the tank and the light practically blinded anyone who came into the room.

FWIW I have 1600W over my 180G tank.

once I finish setting up this 45 of mine I will have almost 600W of lighting not including actinics. My 33 had about 400W.

so no it isn't too much.
