Righty, it appears to me that what you have there is the rare Conch Eating Spider (I have forgotten the scientific name :? ). This species comes from a small area in the Atlantic off the coast of Fla.

I would try one of the mantis traps baited with a small conch or possibly just an empty conch shell. From my reading, the Arachnaconch comidus hunts through visual cues and may not notice that the conch shell is empty.

A sure way to kill them is tank them out and use a syringe and force-feed the kalk paste to them. Put the syringe between the mandibles and use high pressure to squirt the paste into them. If they eat enough of it they will surely die.
