I have sent two emails to inland aquatics and have yet to get a response. I've heard several people on this board recommending them. Any reason why they might not be responding to my inquiries?
Could be busy and they haven't had time to check their email for the day, they could be behind on their emails, etc. Try calling them. First time I called them I got a response. Here's their contact information:
Ditto what Shane Said. I've had trouble getting responses to emails from them myself, but have found them to always be helpful on the phone (and usually there to answer it as well).
Lots of places set up websites and have email addresses and are not really too Web friendly. IA is one of them. The overall customer service there is good but you are better calling them directly.
Call them! They will answer. They are open noon till 6pm tues-sun.

I live just down the road from them and plan to stop in both sat and sunday. I would be more than happy to pass your number on to one of the guys and tell them you have been trying to call.
I don't work there but have spent enough time (and money) there they call be by name when I go in.
