I woke up this morning and some off my power heads were not working and the oxygen levels have dropped . Everything appears to be ok except my Pink tail Hawwaian. she is breathing and trying to move her fins but she floating up side down and cannot right herself I think she would be OK if she could turn back over. Is there anything I can do to save her .. PLease responsed ASAP

start at least one power head with a venturi and aim to middle of tank to get gas diffusion started

leave the fish alone you will only stress it more unless you have another tank that has fresh moving water then move it there otherwise just leave it alone and get water moving toward the surface from the bottom

Are you aerating the water? Is the fish still upside down?

My buddy's powerhead failed last week at a seal and released some evil substance. All the corals and his clam died however the fish and inverts living in the bed and rocks survived. The fish took a few days to return to 'normal' duty however. I believe the powerhead was 5+ years old.

Is everything else in the tank ok? Is the fish the only one having a problem?

Does the fish look like it is improving at all?

She is the only one having a problem now. My fox face was a little dicolored but shge is up and swimming around. she appears to be getting stronger because she is fighting the current but not able to tun over. I had removed my skimmer to clean and my canister was cut off. I have 6 power head in there they are the maxi-jet 1200's but during the night the top one let go and fell and toke the other 3 down with it and they start blowing toward the bottom of the tank and I guess the air was not turning hard enough

I would say put here in Q tank, but that may just stress her more. If she looks like she is getting stronger just leave her be and see if shee can right herself

Get the skimmer back online ASAP. It will likely help aerate the tank more thoroughly than the powerheads.

If your tank has a deep sandbed and the powerheads were pointing directly into it, anoxic gases may have been released, further stressing the trigger. If that's the case, get the canister back online also, and fill it with carbon.

After that, it's just a waiting game...
