Here this might be better. I am try to get good pictures of them but i just can't get them to be in focus. Any way they are white tubes with little things sticking out of the top of them.

From what you just decribed it sounds like a species of Sea Squirts or even Feather Dusters. I have like a 100 sea squirts and a lot of feather dusters that grow in my tank that is a good thing so in my opion don't worry. :D

Yeah that is what they look like. They are all white with some stuff covering the lower part. So you say they are Sponges? what kind are they? Are they harmful?

I'm not a pro by any means, but I've watched one in my bosses tank at work go from about the size of a couple of grains of sand to a quarter size piece of pink sponge, and i have them several places in my tank at home (powerheads, heater... places that i could pick them out). Sponges are filter feeders that should never be taken out of the water (air bubbles will get cought in them and kill them). shouldn't worry about them, they are slow growing and pretty delicate... sholdn't take over.

I know how you feel though, when i first saw them i thought they were egg sacks or somthing... when they get bigger you'll see tiny holes in the sides of them with a flang on the bigger ones. very cool.

Pretty much anything you see growing out of your LR is good, other than aiptasia.
