Hi All,
I just got back from a snorkeling/whale watching trip down to Baja Mexico a few weeks ago and thought some of you might be interested in seeing some of the local reef life if you've never been able to make it there. There aren't any actual "coral" reefs in the area (it gets much too cold in the winter where we snorkeled), but there are some pretty nice "rocky" reef areas we visited.

James,
I used the Canon Powershot A40 with the underwater casing (of course) -- which I have to say works wonderfully except it is a bit difficult to see the LCD screen through both the case and your mask; but I got the hang of it after a bit.

I also must confess that I edited the pics with photoshop using the "autolevels" function, which got rid of the ugly blue murkiness in some of the pics.
