I used Peppermint shrimp. I have heard people tell me that they don't always work but my tank was infested with them. I put in 2 and in a mtter of a week it was clean. They worked great for my and a fun to have.

If you only have 1 or 2.
Take a sirenge full of calcium.
Blast the center disk of the apstasia, you'll see it burn away.
(Be carful not to over dose the tank)

It worked great for me after my starfish ate my shrimp.

I thought I already posted here but I guess not. I have had a small........I repeat small battle with some Aiptasia spreading on one rock in my 29 gallon tank about a month ago. I placed 2 Pepperemint shrimp in my tank and within a week I was down from about 5 stalks to two.....now I have one large stalk left. I like what these shrimp do and an going to get them enough buddies to have a basketball game.LOL No not really...maybe one or two more and a couple Cleaner Shrimp.

The picture is fuzzy and you can't see the bottom? Does it have a hard white Tube? if it does it is a small Feather duster, and these are good. Don't kill it. If it does not have hard tube then it is aptasia.
