Anyone have Anthony Calfo's book on coral propagation?

I am planning a mangrove tank and have searched high and low in regards to encouraging the growth of prop roots in this plant, but haven't found a thing. However, I was just perusing some FAQ's over at WetWebMedia and read a comment that says he covers mangroves in this book...specifically how to encourage prop roots.

If someone here owns this book, I would really appreciate it if you could pass on any info from it that deals with this subject.

Calfo's book is hard to find - it's either self-published or done by a very small house. We have been talking with him about finding a reliable distributor so we can carry it, but nothing yet...

I assume you've already looked at this.

I have the book. He show using a bread tie and tieing the pod to a stick with the roots just touching the water then move them up as they grow like this
