:D

Thanks for the tip on these sites, Len. I will stop using Webshots, it looks like Photo.net gives you the best resolution. I guess I shouldn't link to it using that big fat pic, people with dial-up will be screwed badly. Believe it or not, that says "Medium" res. (75% of my original photo quality)

Here is a try for small:

Hmmm.... methinks 'tis a bit too small!

PTF pets in Pasadena has them. They're 5 for $1 I think. They're about 1/4" long. In my 120g, they become fish food in a matter of seconds.

What browser are you using? It has to do with how your copmuter is relaying the source code.

One more reason to keep images smaller in size!

I bought it as a "fuzzy mushroom", but I am pretty sure it is a Red Ricordia. Can anyone confirm this? Here is a closer pic:

It is the easiest thing I have tried to frag. A tiny piece will attach to almost anything and turn into a full disk in no time. I have some rocks I have made recently that have several attached, and would be glad to trade. :D

For some reason, the frags of it in my Nano are getting yellowish tips on the bubble tentacles that looks pretty neat. (They are inches away from a 32 Watt PC.) I will bring my camera to work to get some pics of that.

Leonard, I can't seem to get photos from my PBase gallery to attach. If I take the same URL and paste it to my browser it works fine, however, when I paste it here, no go. Here is an example:

3030030.Sailfin1.jpg

OK :) Seems I've found an issue, at least for me. When I copied the original URL from PBase the server used was http://genjaro...............
One photo was working and it's server was http://mijala.................
When I manualy changed the non-working photos to this, they work, as my post now shows :D
Hope this helps some.

hi.
Thanx Leon for the info.

The fuzzy mushroom seems to be the type sometimes called "false Ricordia." It is not a true R. florida, but rather, an IndoPacific (cf Atlantic/Carib) mushroom belongs to a different genus. Any body has a different opinion?

I've created a test thread in The Sump for folks to try posting images to. Please put your test posts there so we don't clutter this thread too badly.

Thanks!
