Well i found out why my carpet was wet this morning. It was wet yesterday with a few gallons of water. I thought that it was just because i had done some maintenace yesterday and dripped. woke up at 5am, noticed the return pump was making a little more noise than usual. So i decided, just for the heck of it to get out of my warm bed and take a look. Sure enough, the carpet was soaked. Took out my sump from under the cabinet and found a huge crack running from the top to the bottom. Why would my sump just crack like this on its own? :?:
