stocking question yet again

yes i know here it is again. i am looking for a fish which is very spaz like. ond which will use the rock structure and the caves. something like a wrasse, but i have heard they are a bit fiesty towards other fish, and they will decimate my pod pop. i really enjoy fish moving quickly throughout the rockwork. my kole tang did this at first, but now he is used to the tank. for compatability questions and tank specs, see the link in my sig.

I would recommend a Flame Hawk. They act exactly as you described, well at least mine did.

I don't know, I can't think of one that are both other than the moray eels.

I like the Neon dottie back. It will swim at all levels and in and out of rock work. Be warned I have heard they go after hermits mine has not though.

My Royal Gramma spends most of the day in and around the rock. Sometimes I can't even find him but he always comes out at dinner time :wink:

Any pseudochromis will do. Some tend to be more aggressive towards tank mates though.
