Not in the tank, but I had a clown that had this affliction and I did nothing and it went away. If you don't have a way of removing the fish or a q-tank you might let it fight it off itself. If desperate, you can soak food in medication and target feed for less impact on the tank. I forget which med you would use to treat, but obviously for the food idea i'm only thinking antibiotics (not copper)
