I started my tank just a month ago, and have been feeding DT's phyto to whatever in my tank has been eating it! sponges and worms mostly!
I've also been trying to stay up with topping off water as I should, but haven't been doing well, I get behind then have to make it up, by adding more that I think it should,
ANYWAY, I am putting together a drip top-off water system together and I was wondering if since the organisms that feed on phytoplankton are 'passive' ,, would it be better to just add what i would regularly feed in a day to the amount of freshwater that would evaporate in a day, then they would get that constant dose of green,
any thoughts??
