Which Substrate?

I live in Seattle, and I can't find any southdown around here. So, I'm thinking I'm going to order from marine depot. However, they have like 10 different options and I really have no idea which to choose. I'm planing on having a 4 inch DSB in a 20h tank. Thanks.

Oolitic or Aragamax Sugar-Sized Sand

You want very fine grain sand.
I can't believe I'm saying this. You can use play sand (silicate based), but it WILL leach silicate.
