7100k blue and true O3 Actinincs.....

I have two 7100k blue 55w PC's in my hood. What is the color difference between these two bulbs. it is the same color that is in the NO bulbs. I am interested in the benefits of both...

any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know the benefits of both, but I know I like the 03 a lot more than 7100k. Makes everything glows better
