What's this red thing? (see pic)

Have anyone seen this before? What is it? I have thousands of these things in my tank. They are very small.. roughly 2-10mm in length. When I cup one of them out, I can see it move very slowly.

The (kinda) bad news is... that is definitly a flat worm.
