I've been reading much on the topic of Bristle Worms....I've have lots in my tank, can't seem to decide to leave them be or buy some arrow crabs...Anyone care to comment?

I haven't had any problems with them. They just clean up crap. I think it is the alligator sized ones you want to get rid of. The little ones are fine.

They'll be fine in your tank, just watch that they don't irritate Trachs, Lobos, and clams that are placed in the substrate. If you have fireworms then you'll want to remove them. Look for hairs that flair up when irritated, then you'll know it's a fireworm.

are the sand worms and blood worms that are sold as live bait the same as bristle worms? do you think they will be reef safe?
