Is Reef Fishes Vol. 2 out in November???

Hi,
Could anyone confirm if the book by Scott Michael would be on the shelves in November??That was what the staff at BAMM.com told me when I asked them the last time a few months back. Been waiting forever for the volume to be published....

From what I've heard, Microcosm has a tentative order of when they publish their new books, Evidently, Ron Schimek's book on invertebrates is ahead of Reef Fishes on the roster...so when you hear of that book coming out, get ready for Vol. 2. Of course, it's been about a year since I heard this... Supposedly Scott is actually finished with both vol. 2 and 3.
