Leather coral has been in tank for 4 days. Initially opened but is now completely closed. All water parameters are normal. Is this normal. I have had green starr polyp stay closed for a week as well.

Plus you PH and temp(IMO) look a bit low. I would strive for 80*F and a PH of 8.2-8.3. You could also raise your Alk a little as well. Otherwise, yes just like star polyps, a leather may close for a while due to stress.
That's pretty standard as far as leathers go, what kind is it out of curiosity? Give it a week or so and you should have a big beautiful polyped-out leather.
Oops, since the topic is named sarcophyton, i think it's a safe bet to assume that's what it is! What I said is especially true for these, so you should be all set. Just watch out for mushy areas and necrosis.
