Source for hermits below my local price?

Seems like if I look online they want $2 + for hermit crabs. Locally I can get them all day long for $0.79-$1.19 each. Am I just that lucky that they are so cheap locally or are they that high on-line? OR am I looking at the wrong sites?

Question #2 who has LR prices with free shipping? I am looking at the $50-$75 range....gracias..

BTW: How is the easiest way to "cure" the rock once it arrives? A rubbermaid tub and bubbler work? Local place has Figi rock for $6.99lb that good?

$.79 seems like a good price to me. Probably won't find them much cheaper anywhere else. I doubt that any on-line dealers offer LR with free shipping. $6.99/lb is pretty high. I pay between $3-$4/lb for Fiji rock

It depends on what type of hermit you are talking about, some are cheaper than others. Blue legs generally are about that .79 price, others go up in price from there. make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
