Peristaltic pump tubing replacement

Anyone know suppliers for the silicon tubing used on a peristaltic pump? Its the tubing that rests on the rollers. Since its a wear and tear item that needs to be replaced every couple of months to be safe.

I bought the pumps from different sellers on eBay. Either they want to sell me replacement at a high price or they don't sell replacements at all. I think different peristaltic pumps use different sizing for their tubing.

Lab supply companies sell them. The part that actually gets squeezed by the rollers is called the "tubing link." My peristaltic pump wears out the tubing link about every six months. I get replacements from Thomas Scientific.
