best place to drip kalk?

Hi all,

I have an oceanic sump the sump is set up with two areas. a skimmer-gadget area and a pump area. they are seperated my a bubble tap/ media baffle.....

I am getting a film on the water. My O/F only handles about 700gph.... is this the problem? or is it because there is no surface agitaion in there and the solutoin isnt mixing.

I could throw a small powerhead in there.

should I drip it here?

any thoughts?

I would drip as far away from any pumps as you can, unless you like cleaning calcium depositis from the pump/plumbing internals.

Keep in mind, my cost is on the left of that sheet and that is why the Euro-reef name up top is not centyered. You are only looking at 2/3rds of the sheet.

I would follow Mega's recommendation also consider placing the drip under the return line. This will quickly mix the kalk with your tank water and dilute it and lessen its impact on pumps you can also drip in under water which is the preferred method i believe as well. - This also eliminates the surface scum yo u are getting.

where i work is not relevant, im not trying to sell anything.
you claim to have this great deal on euro-reefs, where you work
is relevant. i could tell you, but you wouldnt know if i was lying or not
so whats the point. of course if someone was going to buy something
for over $300 they would like to know who they are buying it from.
so, im not scared. you must be, or you wouldnt have a problem with
it since you own a business. must not be a reputable one or you wouldnt
have a problem stating the name of it.
and you would have all that info, including a ship to address, if i was to buy one of your skimmers.
