BakPack or Prizm (10 gallon)

Similar to Tina's post but this is for my 10 gallon.

I believe these are the only two (popular and available) skimmers that can fit on a 10 gallon with no modification.


I am mostly concerned with the bakpak taking up too much aquarium space, but ill wait and see what you guys have to say.

BakPak2 is normally too tall for a 10G. You'd need to get a stand with clearance on the back or raise the 10G on something.

BakPak all the way.

I have one on my 15 long. It is a little taller than the tank so you will need to elevate the tank or use a stand.

I had a nasty hai lagae outbreakout that was ongoing for over 6 months, I was using a modified Lee's airstone skimmer.

I added the bakpak I had fro mmy larger tank and within a week I can see the hair algae withering away.
