I have decided to junk the POS Seaclone I have and go to a EuroReef or similar. I am sick of messing around and I am going to just spend what I have too to do this right.
My tanks are a 44 corner and a 20 long Refuge/sump. I plan on adding more coral soon so I will have a pretty good bio-load. First I have to battle Dinos. Uhhhg.
Attached is the way I wanna do the skimmer due to constraints of my sump which I sadly designed to work with the Seaclone. My available footprint in the sump is only 5" x 7". If you know of a stand alone skimmer that will do what I have drawn (flow in, skim, pump out) or a skimmer that ROCKS with a small enough footprint PLEASE let me know.
Thanks!
