Favorite Fish and why???

Im just curious to what everyone's favorite fish is??? I havent dealt with any large ones really ie angels, batfish, butterflies, etc....But id have to say mine has been the mandarin goby or my clarkii clown...they have such cool personalities...(so did my scooter blenny before he croaked)

I don't see the deal with Moorish Idols, since I find that bannerfish are MUCH prettier. What else...coral beauties, flame angels, lemonpeels, achilles tang, scooter blennys, all butterflies, snowflake eels, all triggerfish, niger being the best.

OKAY!! so my favorite is Falco's dwarf hawkfish. Cute, cuddly, and they come when ya call them!

Ok..the Niger Trigger Wins.nah the Snowflake.nah the...I don't know!!!!!

Maybe this helps....I am settin up a tank just for a Trigger and an Eel right now.

I forgot to mention why....the eels look like snakes and even act like them(I keep snakes).I like the fin movements,personality,and color changes of the Niger. The Fox was my the first fish other than a damsel,very exotic looking,and eats out of my hand. The perc is very active and just paces back and forth and is just plain cute.

My all time favorite is the panther grouper, I had one in my 55 before I learned better, its a shame I will never have a thank big enough

I have a whole family of fish that are my favorites. I've always been fond of tangs or surgeonfish of any kind. My fave would have to be the Yellow Tang. Not the most exotic or the rarest, but I've always been fond of their extreme bright coloration. They really catch the eye. They were the key fish that attracted me to this hobby to begin with.

As for personality, my Flame Hawkfish wins hands down. He is just way too cool.

Too many to list. Blennies, Gobies, Surgeons, Basslets, Wrasses, Jawfish, Hawkfish.

Right now my lyretail hawk is my favorite - he looks almost like a red anthias and spends a lot of time swimming in midwater. Then there is always my Harlequin Tusk and my chalk bass... too many to pick one.

I like the common firefish goby. Their faces always seem surprised and whatnot. Every pic I have seen of one could take the camtion "WHAT THE F*CK?!??!" because that's what it always looks like they are thinking. Especially in person when you can see them flick their cool punk rock head fin. flick flick. WHAT THE F*CK?! flick flick. WHAT IS ALL THIS? flick flick WHOA!!

My original screen name was Cptn Leisur but I changed it because a woman in (astronomy.com)was stalking me. I met her in CT after talking in the forum for a few months. What a TRIP! Don't think I will do that again.LOL I already changed my avatar.......hoping to leave the old crazy bangbang persona behind. Been stayin out of the sump as much and toning my posts down.LOL Got kicked from RC for good. Learned my lesson.I hope. This site and others seem to tolerate alot more than RC does. I hate to think what my fish tanks would be like if I did not have a place like this to come to. Have Fun!

I know how ya feel..(not with being stalked)...But i have, sometimes a untactful sense of humor, unpolitically correct if you will.....I try to keep it toned down so i dont get kicked outta here..I dont know anyone in this area (cason city nevada) thats into the hobby like i am...Im sure there are but i have never met them....When i ask ?'s about reefs or marine aquatics, i always get the stupid answer of "i dunno saltwater that well"...And thats fine they dont know, its aggrevating....Well there is my rant
