TDS meter recommendations please

I have been doing some surfing to find one but I am getting mixed emotions on what I have found. Some have weird batteries (4 x 1.4V?) Going to order on Monday and here is my criteria breakdown:

1)Quality/accuracy
2)Normal batteries I can get at Walmart
3)Price

I have had a cyano outbreak and I think water may be the culprit. So fire away please. I just need a single unit but if there are any combo meters that you are aware of (like with pH included) that might be a thought. Suggestions are great and links are better!

patience my friend, you not going to get rid of it overnight, mine lasted 2 weeks and has yet to creap back up and from your webcam, its not all that bad yet!! hehe i suggest letting the tank settle down as it seems you stirred it up pretty good, i can't tell how deep your coral bed is, but i use deep sand and it eats all my water problems before the brown algea takes over..

How old is the tank? If it's a new tank - IMO it's normal to see a cyano outbreak in the first few months - it will resolve itself.

As for a TDS meter, I have this one and it takes a couple of watch batteries. I've had it about a year and it's been working fine.

OK. Thanks for the replies and good advice. I decided on the Hanna combo. I got an almost new/used one on ebay for a good price. I want to calibrate my heaters and get accurate pH measures along with TDS so I sprung for this one. Also, my RO/DI came on today (it's running now) and my Hanna unit will be in Monday so I can test it.

I think I am set.
