Hi, I'm in Australia were Power comapcts / compact flourocents arent available, but 'Ive noticed philips have Compact Fluorescent Lamps
that come in 12W, 15W and 18W and the highest color tempreture color available is 'daylight' at 5000k. Would combining 2x18w5000k of these with 2x2'Normal Output flouro tubes (1x10000k, 1xactinic) prove useful for most soft corals and some lower light requiring LPS? (in a 2' 20gal, higher placement of corals used where possible) And if it the power compact lamps are thought to be actually useful, how aestethically pleasing would they be ?
Thanks
