Im going to be setting up a 100-150gal FO tank and I was wondering if I could get some Ideas on the most affordable and efficient filter. If you can just lay out a whole system for me. UV sterilizer,Skimmer, Filter?

Everybodys idea of affordable is different. Sump or No sump?
I would go with sump and get a myreef beckett skimmer. Run carbon in the sump, all depends on what you want. Do you want FOWLR or are you thinking of going reef someday. Lighting is a big consideration and for FO can be done very cheaply with NO flourecent tubes, trition and blue reef tubes.
You can get 75ish lbs of figi live rock or 150 lbs of tonga type rock. Sand bed made IMO of oolite and sp sea floor grade sands.
