I can't find "reef ready" style tank overflows....

I might just be plain old dumb, but I am having a hard time finding these?

I am sure some people have drilled their own tanks. Where do you guys buy them?

Well if you are handy with acrylic and have a strip heater you can build a decent one. As for pre made? I am sure Oceanic can get you one after tha fact for one of their tanks. I also saw this guy sells some and has some nice custome nano tanks to boot:
