350 is pretty alrite IMHO. NSW contains 350-370 as well :D that will of course very much depend on your tank inhabitants. What corals do you have? SPS or LPS? Do you have alot of clams etc.....

for SPS...350 is rather low...even for clams :( sadly...that is my case :?

I used Kent Turbo calcium, if i am not wrong, it will affect the alkalinity(kh). Well you can always balance it while using Kent Super Buffer dKH. alternatively you can try WarnerMarine kh with magnesium buffer. Watch your magnesium level(ideal level should be 1300-1600ppm) while using too much calcium chloride addictive.

using turbo calcium you are adding chloride ions and calcium ions - fine for one time adjustments but not meant as a maintenance product. I would use it as a boost then revert back to a regular calcium regimen. You may find using a 2 part such as B-Ionic to be an easier method of ca maintenance but as Newman says 350 is fine for most corals except SPS and Clams where closer to 400 is more ideal.

My take on it is to get your Ca and Alk in line (Bingman) so I would turbo it. Have you been buffering to get your alk that high?

Once you get them in balance you can two part, or Ca Reactor. Not sure about the kalk, that one just messed me up... :?

Use this calculator to figure out how much turbo to add. As mentioned it's a good way to kick up your Ca value once in a while. Don't go by Kent's instructions on the container if you want to get anywhere. Depending on the size of your tank you may need to add a fair amount to jump from 350 to 400. I would spread it out over the course of a few days.
