Save as much water as possible and if you have a DSB disturb it as little as possible. Be careful not to damage the corals and if a fish hides in one of your rocks just put the rock in a five gallon bucket with tank water. If you can move the saved water and inhabitance first to the new location and put them in a clean 30 gallon trash can with a pump for circulation and a heater if needed. Then move the tank and the rock. The rock can stay dry for hours with out a problem. Put the rock in some Styrofoam boxes and move the tank. Once you have everything at the new location put the rock back in the tank and add the saved water back to the tank, then add the new water to the tank before adding the inhabitants. You should make sure that your Ph and Temp are correct before adding the fish and corals as well as doing normal acclimation. Be careful with the tank, I suggest having two or three extra sets of hands around to help move the heavy stuff especially if you have a DSB.
Good Luck!
