I recently bought a mdf aquarium stand for my 33 gallon aquarium...its now full and nothing is wrong with it really...but...it moves a little bit to much to my liking horizontally when bumped...its a basic stand...two sides with a shelf on the bottom...is there any way i can make it stronger without getting rid of it...or draining my aquarium?
cinder blocks? more wood?
Help...i heard many horror stories of broken aquariums lately.

Head to the hardware store, they should have diagonal cross braces you can buy for shelving, use those on the stand and it will make it alot more stable. Also try taking some drywall screws and 2x4's and making braces and painting to the color of the stand.
