Looks like Lemnalia sp.

Or maybe Carnation.

My guess is Carnation (Dendronepthya sp.) This non-photosynthetic genus is very hard to keep in captivity.

I'm going to second Len's suggestion. I'll go further and guess that it was taken in the Red Sea.

It's really hard to tell from the pic but if I had to guess, I'd say either Capnella, Nephthea, Lemnalia, Scleronephthea, or Dendronephthea. Soft coral ID (depending on the coral of course) is a pretty hard without some closeups of the polyps and the sclerites.
