My haitian anenome has disappeared on me. I have not seen him in 3 days. My Ammonia levels have not gone up yet. Is this very odd? should i be turning the tank upside down for him?

I have a BTA in my tank and he can disappear in my 110 for weeks (literally). Watch your water parameters, they will show you if he has croaked, or if you see pieces of him,you will know.

PS Check at night when the lights go out. Thats when I usually find mine. :)

My bubbletips tend to wander around a bit ,,,, especially after a split.

I have a Haitian condylactis as well,, it has never moved but they have a reputation for moving around a lot. When I introduced it to the tank I wedged it into a crevice at the top of the tank,,,about 7 inches away from a 175w halide,,, seems happy enough.

My BTA went into the rockwork and showed again after 2 weeks at least.
Don´t worry, if she´s alive she will show up.
