New MH Setup

I just got a dual 175 set up for my 46 gallon Bow Front. It is running two 10,000K lights. Do I need to add any actinic lights to it or will this be all I need? I have just various corals like 3 or 4 kinds of shrooms two big leathers a frogspawn and some kenya tree frags. Also a bunch of different polyps.

Its all up to you. Most people consider actinics as "cosmetic only".

Need? No. But I've found (as has a few others on this BB) that actinics greatly enhance coral pigmentation. It also looks nice and adds appreciable usable light for photosynthesis .... never a bad thing

Ditto what Len said. FWIW, light as yellow as 6500K will grow corals, but it doesn't look pretty blue like the ocean.
