Corals Don't like Prime?

Is it true that corals don't do well with Prime Chlorine treatment? Does anyone know? Is there a better chlorine treament avalible? Thanks.

I used prime when I was a noob using tap water. I saw no ill effects from it. But then again, I didn't know what I was looking at anyways.

Avoid any chlorine treatment with stress coat, it will likely make your skimmer go nuts. We used Prime at work and I personally didn't see any effect with corals after water changes.

Much better would be an RO/DI, which of course is chlorine-free and much better for your tank because you are not adding any nutrients.
