Halides for a 37g??

I have a 37g tall tank (30x12) with a plastic brace in the middle. I've recently moved to mostly sps and have 300w of vho lighting.

Would it be possible / beneficial to add a halide system for such a smallish tank?? What about dual 70w??

Any copmments/opinions are welcome.

30" long X 12"High? If it is 30 long you would use a dual 10000K 175w M/H supplemented by two 24" VHO actinics. Remember to aclimate your corals on the process.

IMO Forget the 70w ballast and get two 175watters, but if i were you i put two 250w on that tank. I have two 250w halides and two 110 VHO actinis over my 55g repro. tank and the SPS love it. Remember that you want to keep SPS and most of them like a lot of lightning and for that depht 175w are too week for acros.
