It is not a generic aquarium. You better off look for tank makers that specialize in reptile and such. Who made it should not make any difference unless you want to have a commerically made screen or hood, or you have some other reason?
No particular reason,, other than it would probably be cheaper if it was generic,,,,, I just liked because it was short in height and 18" front-to-back.
It appears to be a reptile tank, in which case, you will wanna reinforce the rim, and change out the sealant. It will not hold under the pressure of a tank full of water and will leak, or burst if you don't do that. That tank does rock though! Now I wanna go look for something similar. I am sure you could find one locally...
I would be suspect about the dimensions
if the person used a ruler, they could easily miss 2"
or are adding the outside of the moulding which will
add some.
I've seen AGA make 40 breeders same dimensions
just 36" long instead.
after working in a LFS, I would guess they have
either the dimesions or gallons wrong on the tank
