creature identification

[Nowas Reef]

Found this guy in my reef, looking like he was munching on a coral that's not doing so hot.....I dont know if hes the reason or if he's just cleaning up the mess.
Any ideas what he is? I took him out anyways.....

was on a pagoda...appeared to be eating at the flesh...or at least somethimg on the flesh...

He may have been just cleaning up the mess. I'm not really sure. I've got a couple of larger crabs in my Birdsnest colony, and they keep it nice and clean.
Do you know what's wrong with the Pagoda? Water conditions, lighting, ect.?

I hate finding stuff like that in my tank. Even if he is just a happy little algae eating clean up critter, he looks like a big freakin TICK! 8O
