What is the "Industry Standard" measurements for a

I'm having someone fabricate me a 30 gallon high tank. I'm getting mixed results on what measurements I should request. Anyone know what the the measurements are for a standard 30 gallon high?

Did you mean a standard 29 gallon tank, which is 30"L x 12"W x 18"H ?

I found on the web that a 30 gallon high was:

24 1/4 x 12 1/2 x 24 3/4

It appears though that that could be in regards to a glass tank and not acrylic. Looks like I might be looking for that 29 gallon tank you listed JB. Has anyone ever seen a 30 gallon high acrylic tank before or should I go with John's measurements?

I don't think a 30g high is a standard size tank. I'd fabricate it to anything that fits your requirements. John's dimensions are for a standard 29g.

I got the following gallons for the dimensions ReefMon listed using the equation LxHxW (in inches)/231= gallons.
28.1
29.9
34

Unless you're buying an acrylic tank, it's probably cheaper to just go out and buy a pre-made. You'll know the quality, and you can get either of the three '30' gallons you want.
