please help confused about refugium mud

I am in the process of building a refugium, and I am confused about what substrate to use. Should I use Miracle Mud, Kent Marine BioSediment, CaribSea Refugium Mud, ISPF Wonder Mud, live sand with a few # of LR or just go down to the Keys and dig up some mud. BTW I plan to grow calurpea in the refugium. Please help I am very confused about which work and which are garbage
